LATEST EXPEDITIONS
To do my project i had to look for a contianer and i found a gatorate bottle. Then i had to look for something to make the gatorate bottle heavy. So I looked and found some sument. I mad some sument puting water and sument and mixed all together. Then I had to wait for it to dry out and it took one day. Mean while I went out to buy duck tape came back and ducked taped the whole bottle. This is a great thing to diy because i dont have to go out and buy a weight that would cost me 15 to 20 dollars.
I saved a lot of money doing this project and i could have wasted like 25 to 30 Dallas on weights but i did it and cost nothing. I could use this when i do squats and to help with my muscle and i dont need to go to the gym or any other place i could just do it at home. I could make a gym at home for free and dont need to go any where. Hopefully this was helpful for me because it makes my life healthier and stronger.
This wasnt much trouble to do and it was pretty easy to make. This makes exercising easier because you make it how heavy you want it or you can make one for different ways for using it you could make a little weight for your arms and then when that gets to light for you you van make another one more heavy so you could get stronger or get more muscls but anyways you choose the weight and where to put it on. This is do easy to make and only takes 5 minutes yo do.
